About Fieldstone HOA
Fieldstone Homeowners Association, Inc.
Fieldstone Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed for the purpose of owning and managing the common areas of the Fieldstone neighborhoods, for the benefit and use of the members of the association.
The HOA Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of:
- Roughly eight acres of common area property throughout the neighborhood;
- The neighborhood playground lot, play equipment, and fence on Wilderness; and
- All neighborhood entrance signs, fences, garden areas and the nature trail.
The HOA Board of Directors is an all-volunteer group of neighbors responsible for managing the financial affairs of the association and approval of exterior changes plans for neighborhood homes.
