Durham Public Street Parking and Traffic Issues
The HOA is not responsible for resolving parking or vehicle operation issues on City of Durham streets. The City and the Durham Police Department are the sole avenues of enforcement for violations of Durham City Codes. Failure to comply with City Code parking and vehicle regulations may be reported to the City by any Fieldstone resident through Durham One Call (919-560-1200) and, at their discretion, may result in a citation, fines and court costs assessed by the Court.
